To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Return request submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
Item is in its original or gently used condition
Item is not damaged due to misuse or improper care
Original packaging preferred but not required

Store Credit: Issued as a credit code, valid for 12 months
Exchange: We'll send a replacement product at no additional cost

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return required for defective items.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after 30 days of delivery
Items damaged due to misuse, improper washing, or modifications
Final sale or promotional items marked as non-refundable

Return Shipping

For defective or incorrect items, Summit Supply Co. covers return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked shipping method as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
