Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window:

We can only modify addresses before an order has shipped. Summit Supply Co. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
